Class Descriptions


High Intensity Interval Training is open to all experience levels. HIIT is a full body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises. It improves cardiovascular fitness and endurance, while building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. It’s a 45-minute cycle workout that uses high intensity interval training to help you smash goals faster, tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind!


Bootcamp style class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training; including lifting weights/objects, TRX Straps, push-up/sit-ups, plyometrics, and various other types of intense explosive routines. Classes are designed to target body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. Bootcamp style classes promote fat loss, camaraderie and team effort!

Muscle Pump

Muscle Pump class is a strength training class that works the whole body using free weights and bars to develop muscle endurance and strength for all levels of fitness. Using light to moderate weights design to burn calories, tone the body, and increase energy levels!


Kickboxing class is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio. Designed to build stamina, improve coordination, and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle having fun!


An awesome cardiovascular workout. Pedaling through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills. All levels welcome to this class that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.


Breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. Yoga promotes strength and flexibility in the body. Modifications are welcome when needed to accomodate any injuries, limitations or conditions. The safety and comfort level of each person is of the utmost importance in class. Come relax with us!


A form of high-intensity physical training in which very short periods of activity are alternated with shorter periods of rest, typically 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 4 total minutes.


An Aerobic Fitness program featuring various styles of dance.

Deck of Cards/Challenge

A workout routine using either a deck of cards to determine the exercise and amount of reps, or using a dice or a set number of reps per exercise to reach a goal.
